Online Medical Consultation

  • The Company is not a medical service provider or a hospital and shall bear no responsibility or liability towards the medical advice or other acts of the doctors or practitioners that communicate with customer/patient during the online doctor consultations.
  • The online doctor consultations are not to be used for emergency medical requirements or as a replacement for physical examination of the patient.
  • In case any medical advice or prescription is provided by the doctor, the same is being provided on the basis of the information shared by customer/patient through the online consultation process and the advice or prescription may vary when examined in person.
  • When customer/patient uses the online doctor consultation services, he/she agrees to provide all medical records available with them and provide all relevant information pertaining to their medical history, including treatments that other medical practitioners may have suggested and may be on-going.
  • The services under Online Medical Consultation would cover Consulting Charges with Doctor only. All other charges with regards to treatment, procedure, dressing, medicines etc. would not be part and not covered under this service.
  • The company will not be responsible for any cross references, treatments, procedures, tests or any complications arising from these treatments, procedures, tests suggested by Doctor.
  • Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before the appointment date & time. The rescheduling will be done on best effort basis.
  • Appointment once booked cannot be cancelled. No refund shall be allowed of the amount/ member benefit utilized shall be done by the company.
  • In case customer/patient is not able to attend the appointment the same will be considered missed and no refund/reversal of member benefit utilized shall be done by the company.
  • The service is available PAN India

Psychological Assistance

  • The Company is not a medical service provider or a hospital and shall bear no responsibility or liability towards the medical advice or other acts of the doctors or practitioners that communicate with customer/patient during the online psychological consultations.
  • The online psychologist consultations are not to be used for emergency medical requirements or as a replacement for physical examination of the patient.
  • Psychologist will not provide any medication / prescriptions through the EA Platform.
  • When customer/patient use the online doctor consultation services, he/she agree to provide all medical records available with them and provide all relevant information pertaining to their medical history, including treatments that other medical practitioners may have suggested and may be on-going.
  • Suicide, or ending one’s own life, is a tragic event with strong emotional repercussions for its survivors & for families of its victims. Every doctor attempt is to prevent such an unfortunate event from occurring. However, it is an impulsive act & under such unpredictable circumstances, our doctor or company cannot be held liable for it.
  • Everything that happens in our therapy session remains confidential between us, with the following exceptions When required by law, which is very rare, we may contact another medical professional and/or your emergency contact if we believe customer/patient are likely to cause serious injury to their self or others. We may do this without consultation with customer/patient if customer/patient is not in a position to discuss other options with us.
  • Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before the appointment date & time. The rescheduling will be done on best effort basis.
  • Appointment once booked cannot be cancelled. No refund shall of the amount/ member benefit utilized shall be done by the company.
  • In case customer/patient is not able to attend the appointment the same will be considered missed and no refund/reversal of member benefit utilized shall be done by the company.

Home Diagnostics Service

  • The company does not recommend or endorse any diagnostic test/packages mentioned on the Website. In all cases customer to also refer to any additional T&C of the service provider.
  • The Company does not make any representations and warranties with respect to the diagnostic labs or the quality of the services that is provided by such diagnostic labs.
  • Fasting of 10-12 hours would be required, wherever applicable.
  • The diagnostic lab partners have a certified quality protocol in place. Factors such as physiological disturbances, fever, dehydration, hemolysis, etc. can cause variation in reported results.
  • In case blood sample gets lysed, Our Diagnostic Lab partner will approach for a fresh sample collection, the same day or another mutually decided date
  • As part of the operational procedure, copy of reports for Tests completed would be shared with the Company by the labs/partners for the purpose of our reference/recording purpose and also for billing/payout.
  • Sample collection is available on the next day for the booking request received before 3 pm.
  • The Company does not guarantee or make any representation with respect to the correctness, completeness or accuracy of the information or details provided by Labs/diagnostic partners or any third party.
  • Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before the appointment date & time. The rescheduling will be done on best effort basis.
  • Appointment once booked cannot be cancelled. No refund shall of the amount/ member benefit utilized shall be done by the company.
  • The service is available in the attached cities and PO Codes of India only.

Delivery of Medicines

  • The Company does not take any representation or warranty as to legal title of the Pharmaceutical Goods.
  • The Company is not responsible for the Pharmaceutical Goods which are unavailable.
  • In order to purchase drugs and pharmaceutical products that require a valid prescription, Customer are required to upload a scanned copy of the valid prescription via email, or on the Website or any other digital platform of the Company. Third- Party Pharmacies will verify the prescription forwarded by You and in case of any discrepancy observed by the Third-Party Pharmacies, the order will not be processed and be cancelled.
  • For the Over the counter medicine will only be processed for medicines which do not require valid doctor prescription.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
  • Same day and next day delivery are available in limited areas. It is delivered from your local pharmacy and could attract higher delivery charges. Same day delivery possible only if order placed before 2PM.
  • Standard delivery is delivered from our central warehouse using 3rd party logistic partners.
  • Rescheduling of delivery is not allowed.

  • The Company provides a platform that facilitates the connection between individuals looking for healthcare services and healthcare service providers in India. The customer understands and agrees that the Company has no control over the acts or omissions of any of its Partners and that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the quality of services provided by any Partner or the content submitted by the Partner for publication on the Platform. User understands and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Partner.
  • The Company is not a medical service provider or a hospital and shall bear no responsibility or liability towards the medical advice or other acts of the doctors or practitioners that communicate with customer/patient during the service period.
  • When customer/patient use the Home Healthcare services, he/she agree to provide all medical records available with them and provide all relevant information pertaining to their medical history, including treatments that other medical practitioners may have suggested and may be on-going.
  • The services under Home Healthcare service would cover Consulting/Rental Charges with Doctor/Nursing/Therapist service and equipment specified in the booking process only. All other charges with regards to treatment, procedure, dressing, medicines etc. would not be part and not covered under this service.

Diet & Nutrition Sessions

  • The Company is not a medical service provider or a hospital and shall bear no responsibility or liability towards the medical advice or other acts of the doctors or practitioners that communicate with customer/patient during the online doctor consultations.
  • This programme is valid for anyone from age group 18-50 yrs.
  • This programme is not to be followed by pregnant women or lactating mothers.
  • In case any medical advice, diet schedule or prescription/notesare (to check if Anjali provides prescriptions) provided by the nutritionist, the same is being provided on the basis of the information shared by customer/patient through the online consultation process and the advice or prescription may vary when examined in person.
  • When customer/patient use the online dietician consultation services, he/she agree to provide all medical records available with them and provide all relevant information pertaining to their medical history, including treatments that other medical practitioners may have suggested and may be on-going.
  • The services under Online diet Consultation would cover Consulting Charges with dietician only. Any other charges with regards to diet and nutrition would not be part and not covered under this service.
  • Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before the appointment date & time. The rescheduling will be done on best effort basis.
  • Appointment once booked cannot be cancelled. No refund shall of the amount/ member benefit utilized shall be done by the company.

Exclusive Fitness Sessions

  • The Company shall provide the Digital Services as per the booking details on the Platform. (Why is this clause only here and not in other categories)
  • When customer uses the Fitness services, he/she agrees to provide all medical records available with them and provide all relevant information pertaining to their medical history, including treatments that other medical practitioners may have suggested and may be on-going.
  • Any advice, diet schedule, exercise schedule provided by the expert, is being provided on the basis of the information shared by customer through the online consultation process.
  • Customer agrees that the Fitness Services offered herein, by their very nature, include certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and/or any kind of losses. Customer hereby assert that his/her participation is voluntary and that customer knowingly assume all such risks and hence hereby release relevant Partners, their associates / service providers, and Platform and its business partner(s) of all liability arising out of such aforementioned risks.
  • Company, relevant Partner or any third-party associates do not assume any liability or make any warranties of any kind, express or implied, arising out of, in connection with or concerning the Sessions.
  • Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before the appointment date & time. The rescheduling will be done on best effort basis.
  • Appointment once booked cannot be cancelled. No refund shall of the amount/ member benefit utilized shall be done by the company.

  • The Company does not take any representation or warranty as to legal title of the Goods ordered.

  • Ordering of banned goods including alcohol & tobacco etc. is not allowed.

Vehicle Care Services

  • The Company Partner will perform the services selected by customer from our service menu with all reasonable skill and care.
  • Whilst our partner shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its agents shall take reasonable care of the vehicle whilst in its custody (including without limitation where the vehicle is washed and cleaned, towed, repaired, serviced, or jumpstarted), the company shall not be liable for Damage to, loss of the vehicle or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content.
  • Insurance of your vehicle is at all times your responsibility.
  • Service Delivery times may vary depending on the location as well as the type of service needed.
  • Rescheduling of Service is not allowed.
  • Order once booked cannot be cancelled. No refund shall of the amount/ member benefit utilized shall be done by the company.
  • Vehicle wash & sanitization service is available in certain cities of India(Metro-Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata)
  • For other cities the availability will be let known at time of booking.
  • Battery Jump Start, Flat Tyre assistance and fuel delivery is available PAN India.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security or proper administration of the service.
  • The Company does not warrant that the results that are obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that except as expressly stated by the Company, the Services and all the products provided/delivered to you through the Service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available for your use, and are without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties.

IT Assistance& Cyber Protection

  • The Company Partner will perform the services selected by customer from our service menu with all reasonable skill and care.
  • Whilst our partner shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its agents shall take reasonable care of the gadgets/appliances whilst in its custody (including without limitation where the device is repaired or restored), the company shall not be liable for Damage to, loss of the device or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content.
    • No Refund will be provided after purchase of the Cyberior Programme (Cyber Assistance).
    • Once purchased, the plan remains effective for a period of one year and cannot be cancelled in between.
    • By enrolling in the Cyberior program and/or by using any of the services, you, as Primary Member, and each Member agree that the total and exclusive liability of EAI and its employees, officers, directors, attorneys, agents, assigns and third-party contractors (the “EAI Parties”) to any Member for any claims, demands or damages relating to or arising out of Cyberior, the provision of services or any failure to provide services, shall be limited to the refund of the amount paid to EAI by the Member for the DIP program (“Limit of Damages”). You, as the Member agree to indemnify and hold the EAI Parties harmless for all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred by EAI in or relating to any legal proceeding brought by or on behalf of any Member for any claim, demand or damages in excess of the Limit of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, in no event shall EAI be liable to you for any exemplary or punitive damages, any remote or consequential damages or any damages not arising directly and proximately from the provision of services, regardless of whether or not such damages were reasonably foreseeable by EAI at the time of the provision of services or the Member’s enrollment in the Cyberior program.
    • Identity Theft(s) discovered by Members prior to enrollment in the DIP program are not eligible for Service or for insurance.
    • EAI does not guarantee that its intervention on behalf of the Member duly enrolled in the Cyberior will result in a particular outcome or that its efforts on behalf of the Member will lead to a result satisfactory to the Member.
    • EAI services do not include, and EAI shall not assist the Member for, thefts involving non-Indian bank accounts or credit accounts.
    • EAI provides its Emergency Cash, Travel Arrangements, Translation and Lost Wallet Assistance services in countries across the world. However, EAI may determine that services cannot be provided in certain countries or locales because of situations such as war, natural disaster, political instability or regulatory restrictions. EAI will attempt to assist a Member consistent with the limitations presented by the prevailing situation in the area.
    • The service is available PAN India.

Appliance Repair & Maintenance

  • The Company only offers a platform to connect those seeking appliance repair and maintenance services with those seeking the services. The customer understands and agrees that the Company has no control over the acts or omissions of any of its Partners and that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the quality of services provided by any Partner. User understands and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Partner.
  • Whilst the our partner shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its agents shall take reasonable care of the appliance whilst in its custody, the company shall not be liable for Damage to or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content.
  • The service charge is for visit and inspection cost only. Actual repair cost and any parts/machine replacement cost will be informed during the visit and has to be borne by the customer. Customer needs to pay in cash or (any other available mode of payment) for the same to our service attendant.

Chauffer Service

User understands and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Partner.
  • Whilst the driver shall take all reasonable steps to ensure reasonable care of the vehicle whilst in its custody, the company shall not be liable for Damage to or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content.
  • The service only includes the charges for the chauffer, any other cost like fuel, toll charges, etc. Has to be borne by customer.

  • The customer understands and agrees that the Company has no control over the acts or omissions of any of its Partners and that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the quality of services provided by any Partner. User understands and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Partner.
  • Company, relevant Partner or any third-party associates do not assume any liability or make any warranties of any kind, express or implied, arising out of, in connection with or concerning the Sessions.

  • Customer might require installing third party software / applications like skype, zoom, etc to attend the virtual session.

Airport Experiences

  • The Company only offers a platform to book airport transfer services and meet and greet services. The customer understands and agrees that the Company has no control over the acts or omissions of any of its Partners and that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the quality of services provided by any Partner. User understands and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Partner.
  • All the bookings are to be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service usage
  • Rescheduling is allowed no later than 24 hours and is subject to availability/on best effort basis .
  • Cancellation and refund is allowed no later than 24 hours as per discreation of service partner.
  • The service is available PAN India.
  • If the Customer is treated as a “no show” at time of service , the service will be counted as utilized and no refund will be made.

Physical Gym Sessions

  • The Company only offers a platform to book physical gym/training sessions at nearby Gyms/Fitness studios, etc.
  • When customer uses the services, he/she agrees to provide all medical records available with them and provide all relevant information pertaining to their medical history, including treatments that other medical practitioners may have suggested and may be on-going.
  • Any advice, diet schedule, exercise schedule provided by the expert, is being provided on the basis of the information shared by customer through proper consultation process.
  • Customer agrees that the Services offered herein, by their very nature, include certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and/or any kind of losses. Customer hereby assert that his/her participation is voluntary, and that customer knowingly assume all such risks and hence hereby release relevant Partners, their associates / service providers, and Platform and its business partner(s) of all liability arising out of such aforementioned risks.
  • Company, relevant Partner or any third-party associates do not assume any liability or make any warranties of any kind, express or implied, arising out of, in connection with or concerning the Sessions.
  • All the bookings are to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service usage.
  • Cancellations, refund and rescheduling are not permitted once booking done.

Golf session booking

  • The Company only offers a platform to book golf sessions and lessons at both domestic and international golf courses. The customer understands and agrees that the Company has no control over the acts or omissions of any of its Partners and that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the quality of services provided by any Partner. User understands and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Partner.
  • All the bookings are to be made at 5 clear days prior to the scheduled service usage.
  • Rescheduling can be done no later than 72 hours and is subject to availability .
  • Cancellation and amendment will be 72hours prior from the time of service.

Global travel experiences

  • The company’s sole offering is a platform that connects individuals seeking travel experiences with those providing the services.
  • The customer understands and agrees that the Company has no control over the acts or omissions of any of its Partners and that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the quality of services provided by any Partner. User understands and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Partner.
  • Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a Booking has been made.
  • When you make a Booking, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order.
  • Rescheduling of Service is not allowed.

  • EAI will assist the customer by providing the referrals at high end luxury restaurants in major cities. The customer understands and agrees that the Company has no control over the acts or omissions of any of its Partners and that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the quality of services, food and beverages provided by any Partner. User understands and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Partner.
  • Table reservations may be subject to availability and on best effort basis at time of booking.
  • Restaurants may have specific policies for cancellations and changes to reservations, including fees or charges for late cancellations or changes. Cancellations and changes as per policy at time of booking.
  • Customers may be able to make special requests for table locations, dietary restrictions, etc. However, these requests may be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Some restaurants may have a dress code that customers are expected to follow.

Limited edition gifting

  • The Company only offers a platform to book limited edition gifts. The customer understands and agrees that the Company has no control over the acts or omissions of any of its Partners and that the Company makes no representations or warranties about the quality of services provided by any Partner, or the content submitted by the Partner for publication on the Platform. User understands and agrees that the Company is not responsible for the performance or conduct of any Partner.
  • All the bookings are to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service usage.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of service.
  • Cancellation and refund as per policy at time of booking.
  • If a product is faulty or not as described, or if a product is missing from your order, please let us know as soon as reasonably practicable in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • We will not be responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms to the extent caused by events outside our reasonable control, whether due to weather, fire, terrorist attack, shortage of labour or supply chain issues, including events caused by a pandemic or epidemic. We shall naturally try to avoid and mitigate these sorts of events.

IT Support services

  • The Company Partner will perform the services selected by customer from our service menu with all reasonable skill and care.
  • All the bookings are to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service usage.
  • Whilst our partner shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its agents shall take reasonable care of the gadgets/appliances whilst in its custody (including without limitation where the device is repaired or restored), the company shall not be liable for Damage to, loss of the device or any part of it, or any of its accessories or any of its content.
  • No Refund will be provided after purchase of the Cyberior Programme (Cyber Assistance).
  • Once purchased, the plan remains effective for a period of one year and cannot be cancelled in between.
  • EAI reserves the right to replace the whole of the Products or any part or parts thereof which may be found to be faulty or in need of investigation even where only a part of the Products are so faulty or in need of investigation.
  • EAI service and support does not include support which is necessitated because of any cause other than a result of EAI’s neglect or fault, including,
    • Failure or fluctuation of electric power, air conditioning, humidity control or other environmental conditions
    • Accident, transportation, neglect, misuse, abuse or default of or by the Customer
    • Act of God, lightning, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any similar occurrence
  • By enrolling in the Cyberior program and/or by using any of the services, you, as Primary Member, and each Member agree that the total and exclusive liability of EAI and its employees, officers, directors, attorneys, agents, assigns and third-party contractors (the “EAI Parties”) to any Member for any claims, demands or damages relating to or arising out of Cyberior, the provision of services or any failure to provide services, shall be limited to the refund of the amount paid to EAI by the Member for the DIP program (“Limit of Damages”). You, as the Member agree to indemnify and hold the EAI Parties harmless for all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, incurred by EAI in or relating to any legal proceeding brought by or on behalf of any Member for any claim, demand or damages in excess of the Limit of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, in no event shall EAI be liable to you for any exemplary or punitive damages, any remote or consequential damages or any damages not arising directly and proximately from the provision of services, regardless of whether or not such damages were reasonably foreseeable by EAI at the time of the provision of services or the Member’s enrollment in the Cyberior program.
  • Identity Theft(s) discovered by Members prior to enrollment in the DIP program are not eligible for Service or for insurance.
  • EAI services do not include, and EAI shall not assist the Member for, thefts involving non-Indian bank accounts or credit accounts.
  • EAI provides its Emergency Cash, Travel Arrangements, Translation and Lost Wallet Assistance services in countries across the world. However, EAI may determine that services cannot be provided in certain countries or locales because of situations such as war, natural disaster, political instability or regulatory restrictions. EAI will attempt to assist a Member consistent with the limitations presented by the prevailing situation in the area.
  • The service is available PAN India.

COVID-19 remote assistance

  • The Company does not guarantee or make any representation with respect to the correctness, completeness or accuracy of the information or details provided at time of assistance.
  • The company does not recommend or endorse any package mentioned. In all cases customer should refer to any additional T&C of the service provider.
  • The Company does not make any representations and warranties with respect to the quality of the services that is provided in this package.
  • This service is available only in some major cities.
  • One package to cover all covid related assistance, one package for complete covid recovery at Home.

Vouchers

  • No Cancellation / Refund will be given once voucher booked.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
  • If vouchers gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.These are E-gift cards/voucher which will be utilized with voucher code and pin at the redeemable brand outlets.
  • The person who has the vocuher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
